  • Registration opens on February 1, 2020 at 9:00 AM EST and is open until June 9th 2020.
  • Registration fees: $60 plus $20 for each event entered and a $25 referee surcharge which can easily be earned back as referees are paid $5 per match, certified referees will be paid $7 per match and lines judges will be paid $5 per match so it is easy to get this fee back.
  • Registration should be completed online at www.pickleballtournaments.com - Note: Although you register online, your registration is not complete until you mark your registration complete, and your payment has been received.
  • All participants must have a valid Pickleball Canada membership in order to register.  Make sure that you update your profile on Pickleballtournaments.com with your PCO member number BEFORE you register.
  • Also ensure that your shirt size in your profile is accurate - your welcome package will include a t-shirt sized similarly to last year.
  • Players must be 14 years of age or older any time in 2020 in order to compete—special consideration may be given to experienced younger players.
  • The official tournament ball will be the Onix Fuse indoor yellow.
  • Open and Senior Open events are limited to skill level 4.5 and up.
  • The tournament committee reserves the right to place players in their appropriate skill level category.  Note: in Open events, players who do not have a USAPA/PCO Tournament rating of 5.0 may be moved to accomodate 5.0 players - this applies to "self" rated players.
  • As always we reserve the right to combine events including the senior open events with the open events if there aren't enough entries - 6 is the magic number.
  • In the case of wait lists, in doubles events - teams will take priority over individuals.  Our goal is to accommodate as many people as the schedule will allow - but at the same time have a well-rounded tournament with representation from all skill levels.
  • All doubles events will be double elimination with each match being best 2 out of 3 games to 11 on the “A” side of the draw.  On the “B” side of the draw each match will consist of one game to 15.
  • All singles events will be double elimination with each match being 1 game to 15—gold medal matches will be best 2 out of 3 games to 11.
  • Medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each division.  There will be cash prizes for all medal winners in Open events.
